meeting someone new, for the first time, and making a great first impression. It’s an amazing feeling, having a complete stranger like you, without knowing you.

Crossword Puzzles. They really make you think; put you to the test. These days, that’s becoming more and more uncommon.

Independence Day. It’s a reason to be overly patriotic, a reason to ignore all the barriers between cultures and focus on this one melting pot of different ethnicities. Oh, and the fireworks are pretty awesome too. =)
Happy Fourth Of July !

I love that people can share a secret; get it off their chest, and move on. Sometimes, they’re sad, other times, they’re funny, other times, they’re inspirational. The point is: telling a secret can be just as important as keeping one, and some secrets aren’t meant to be told; they’re meant to be shared.

I love that some people won’t give up so easily on other people. I love some people are willing to put their hearts on the line, knowing it will be broken, and hoping it won’t. That takes guts.
It worked out for her, and I’m glad it did.

Coming back after a long absence, and being welcomed with open arms. Like the prodigal son, leaving, and returning, and being welcomed, though he shouldn't be.

Getting over the what-could-have-beens, and focusing on the what-did-happens. I love getting back on track - getting a fresh start, and doing it right this time. Sometimes, you lose sight of what you have, because you’re busy chasing what you might have had. But, there’s always a way to get back. There’s always that second chance.

Going outside, when it's dark, and just sitting there, looking up. It makes me think about everything - how big the world is, and what really is out there. Maybe one day I'll figure it out.

Letting your creativity flow in anything you do; your writings, your artwork. Originality is a necessity for human nature to expand. I love when people take their own ideas, their own works, and make them something incredible.

I love people who have something to offer - not just a pretty smile, or help with homework. People who have something extraordinary about them; about their being. An incredible personality: a way of showing you that they are truly interested in what you have to say.

Breezes. They really make me think. Do they ever stop? Or do they keep going in the same direction, forever. And, what causes them? Is there a reasonable explanation? Honestly, I think that knowing would take the thrill out of it anymore. I wouldn’t be so excited to feel a cool breeze on a hot day anymore, if I knew exactly what a breeze was. The magic would be gone. Ignorance really...

I love books that make you think, that make you angry, or that make you extremely happy. Books like that are books that mean something. The author did his or her job, because they wrote something that you feel strongly about. I think it's beyond incredible, that people can write something that makes the people that read it think a certain thought. I wish I could write like that.

I love sitting around, with nothing to do but think. It’s at that time, that people come up with brilliant ideas, stories to write, inspiration for poems, or motivation for anything that needs to be done. It’s a time that everyone needs to take for themselves, but so little do. Maybe if we all just, thought for a few minutes every day, and we didn’t act so impulsively, the world...

Dancing with someone you're comfortable with, and not being afraid of looking beyond ridiculous. I love the feeling I get when I dance with anyone, really, because we're not dance champions. We're just friends having a good time. It's really hard to find someone who isn't self conscious, and worries about what others think. I love the friends I have, if only because they're the exact opposite of self conscious.

I absolutely love getting manicures. It’s a way to relax, and unwind, and you get pretty nails out of it. I’m not a big fan of acrylics, though. French is fine for me - classy, short, and cute.

I love those big, puffy, white clouds, that look like cotton balls, or cotton candy. And, sometimes when you're lucky (or bored) you can just sit there, and imagine all types of different shapes in them.

Freaking out about the ice cream truck, because its on your block. Then, going crazy asking your mom for money, because you can’t find money. And finally, you get your ice cream and you love it.
